Plant Operations Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities

1. Receives & diligently carries out the working instructions from Marketing and/or QA/QC Department Heads to ensure smooth operation of the production plant.
2. Prepares production and manpower scheduling including coordination with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
3. Manages and trains the plant supervisors(Blending, Packaging. Warehousing and Maintenance) assigned to the Employee.
4. Ensures that all working instruction are carried out accordance to the Company's Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP), safety standards and all regulatory requirements.
5. Ensure all operational and monitoring controls that has been assigned for each Production area(Blending, Packaging. Warehousing and Maintenance) are strictly followed by all production personnel.
6. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of plant and machinery.
7. Any other responsibility will be assigned by management by time to time.
