Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Ensure efficiency targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
• Ensure that products are received in good condition and accurate quantity.
• Liaise with supplier to repair, replace or return goods of inferior condition.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
• Attend and chair meetings as and when required.
• Update colleagues / subordinates on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
• Manage, train and supervise subordinates.
• To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct before submission.
