1. Documentation:

• Accurately document patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members (doctors, allied health staff, and social workers) to provide comprehensive care.
