Darco is a water & wastewater treatment company involved in potable, process and wastewater segment of the industrial water market. Incorporated on the 7th of November 1996 as NESS Industrial Water Sdn Bhd, the company became the subsidiary of Darco System in year 1999.

Currently, the group has approximately 800 employees. The group consists of 3 companies. Darco Water System Sdn Bhd, Nilai, Darco Industrial Water, based in Penang and Darco Engineering, Singapore. The corporate management is based in Singapore, with service centers and associates throughout Malaysia, Taiwan, Japan and China.

The main activities are engineering, design manufacturing, installation and start-up of water and waste plants. The company's capabilities ranges from technology know-how, mechanical and electrical engineering, process and instrumentation system. Production of electrical, instrumentation system, water processing units with special techniques are done in Singapore. Otherwise all manufacturing and assembling of water treatment units are carried out in Nilai, Malaysia.

General system components such as water pumps, storage tanks, pressure vessels and steel skids are generally out-sourced. To be the water company of choice by providing customer-driven multi-technology solutions. To design and manufacture a wide range of water and waste water system, service and guarantee performance at an affordable price.
