Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT products or technology solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of software development processes, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or BI software is a plus.
• Proficiency in software development with expertise in Java, Bootstrap, Framework 4.0, jQuery, Visual Basic, HTML, and ASP Classic is a plus.
• Knowledge of application security (encryption, authentication, security assessments) is a plus.

We’re searching for a knowledgeable, team-oriented Senior CRA to manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Malaysia. As a Senior CRA at PSI, you will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic indications. You will maintain the highest quality standards in the industry, while performing and supervising study start-up, clinical monitoring and site management activities on the country/regional level. 

You will become one of our first team members in Malaysia and contribute to the development of PSI Operations.

You will:

• Supervise study activities, timelines, milestones, and schedules on the country level.
• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Be involved in study set-up, including site contract and budget negotiations.
• Be responsible for site communication and management.
• Ensure consistency of all study processes and identify country differences.
• Oversee maintenance of study-specific and corporate tracking systems.
• Contribute to the development and update of project planning documents, essential documents, and project instructions.
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services, contractors, global cross-functional teams, and vendors.
• Responsible for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals for assigned protocols.  
• Development of local language materials including local language Informed Consents and translations.
• Works in partnership with IRB/IEC and Regulatory Authority in submission and approval-related interactions for assigned protocols.

This position will support the strategic initiatives of the Organisational Development (OD) department by designing, implementing, and managing training programmes that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to identify training needs, develop, implement, and monitor the learning & development of all employees to support the achievement of a performance-driven culture. Responsible for end-to-end training management and administration, with a focus on the facilitation of soft skills programmes.

1. Serve as an internal trainer to conduct soft skills and leadership development workshops to enhance the competencies and capabilities of all employees.
2. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the training needs for all employees in meeting the behavioral competency gaps.
3. Design and develop training calendar, training programme outline, structure and recommend learning solutions to close performance gaps and increase business value.
4. Manage the overall training administration which includes training applications, HRDF claims, audit and etc.
5. Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of learning and development solutions mainly in the area of soft skills training.
6. Source and recommend training vendors and ensure sustainability of positive learning environment in delivering key learning objectives.
7. Assist in planning and managing the yearly budgeting process, provide guidance to staff in setting departmental budget and managing within the approved budget.
8. Develop, implement, and ensure the end-to-end effectiveness of Orientation Program for all new employees.
9. Work closely with relevant parties to drive e-learning initiatives.
10. Actively support organisational development activities in meeting company’s development objectives.
