責任 ：

• 客戶和培訓師之間的聯絡，協調培訓/團隊建設，以確保一切井然有序。
• 負責監督培訓/團隊建設，確保一切順利進行，並由外部和內部培訓師良好地進行。
• 與人力資源發展公司 (HRDC) 聯絡，處理與培訓補助金申請、索賠和 E-Tris 平台相關的事宜，並準備 HRDC 使用報告。
• 在系統中更新和上傳新的 HRDC 程序
• 確定客戶對每次團隊建立或培訓諮詢的要求和期望。
• 參加團隊建立或培訓諮詢，準備報價並能夠在最少的監督下準備活動提案。 – 提供培訓
• 進行研究以深入了解每個團隊建立或訓練活動的不同要求和細節。
• 維護活動預算並準備損益表 - 提供培訓
• 仔細監督已確認的活動準備活動，並適當移交給營運部門和活動團隊。
• 尋找並管理與外部培訓師/自由培訓師的溝通。
• 在最少的監督下處理與客戶的會議和演示。
• 能夠與外部培訓公司合作並監督/監督團隊建立和培訓計劃的成功。
• 透過在社群媒體和其他行銷平台上更新和上傳公司的團隊建立和培訓產品，為銷售團隊提供最低限度的銷售支援。

要求 ：

• 至少 2 年擔任學習和發展主管、培訓活動協調員、具有內部培訓經驗的人力資源主管或類似職位的工作經驗。
• 組織良好，具有出色的多任務處理能力。
• 培訓師和供應商管理技能。
• 注重細節，注重團隊合作，較強的書面和口頭溝通能力。
• TTT（培訓師培訓）認證是一項額外優勢。
• 能夠進行簡單的小組培訓是一個額外的優勢。

Job Brief

FGNC Events Group’s Team Works Academy (M) Sdn Bhd is a Training & Team Building Company that organizes Indoor & Outdoor Corporate Team Building, Soft Skill Training and All HRDC (Human Resources Development Corporation) related programs. We are searching for a talented and motivated learning and development executive to plan outstanding and unforgettable team building

and training events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as attending event enquiries, proposals, and meetings. As the training & development executive, you should be well-organized and able to handle event venues, external trainers, speakers and HRDC program

management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital. If you are a people person, fun loving, team player, loves travelling, enjoys healthy working culture and looking for scalable career growth, you might be our candidate.

Responsibility :

• Liaison between client and trainer in coordinating training/team buildings to ensure everything is in order.
• Responsible for overseeing training/team buildings to ensure everything runs smoothly and is conducted well by external & internal trainers.
• Liaise with Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) for matters related to Training Grant Application, Claim and the E-Tris platform and prepare the HRDC utilization report.
• Updating and uploading new HRDC programs in the system
• Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each team building or training enquiry.
• Attending team building or training enquiries, preparing quotes and able to prepare event proposals with minimum supervision. – Training Provided
• Perform research to gain deep understanding of different requirements and details of each team building or training event.
• Maintain event budgets and prepare P&L – Training Provided
• Carefully supervise confirmed event preparation activities with proper handover to operations department and event team.
• Source and manage communication with external trainer / freelance trainers.
• Handling meetings and presentations with clients with minimum supervision.
• Able to work with external training companies and supervise/oversee the success of teambuilding and training programs.
• Minimal sales support to the sales team with updating and uploading company’s team building and training products in social media and other marketing platform.

Requirements :

• At least 2 years’ working experience as a learning and development executive, training event coordinator, HR executive with in-house training experience, or similar role.
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Trainers & vendor management skills.
• Attention to detail, team-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• TTT (Train The Trainer) certification is an added advantage.
• Able to conduct simple and small group training is an added advantage.
• Able to lead and manage training events with external trainers & crew.
• Able to drive and possess your own transport is an added advantage.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong experience in using PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
• Knowledge of Canva or any other design/presentation tool is an added advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Training & Development, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications/Event Management or Public Relations is preferred. (diploma or degree in any other field with similar working experience may apply)
• Willing to work for long hours and under pressure when the job demands.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Education Counselor with a strong background in sales and marketing to join our team. As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, reaching out to potential students, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• • Promote our educational programs to prospective students and their parents through various marketing channels
  • Conduct personalized counselling to understand the needs and goals of students and assist them in making informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential students through leads generation and follow up activities

Main Purpose of Job

1. To develop operation/training planning, providing strategy planning for improvement, product good customer service and possess stability of manpower management.
2. To provide guidance to the staffs in achieving customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
3. To develop and arrange a systematic training program on annual basis, with a comprehensive learning material i.e. training modules, e-learning, questionnaire, etc.
4. To assist Head of Department on any operation related matter.
5. To ensure all staffs are adhere to operation procedures, processes, guidelines, and any regulatory requirement.

Principle responsibilities & duties

1. To ensure staffs are adhere with company’s internal policies and guidelines as well as BNM and any regulatory requirements.
2. To manage unit / section activities and supervise day-to-day operations i.e inbound calling performance, customer complaint handling and training progress.
3. To assess staff calling and operation knowledge, provide coaching or training to all staffs under Credit Management Group and recommend staff skill development.
4. To increase customer service standard, ensure resolution of customer complaint and training issue within stipulated timeframe.
5. To evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted and propose the counter measure of training program.
6. To coordinate with HR career fair interview arrangement to fit with CMG needs.
7. To relief other Section Head on operation support related matter to ensure operation running smoothly, if required.
8. To undertake any Management new direction and involve in project or any task list assigned by Management.

Job requirement

1. Diploma or Degree holder or professional qualification in relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in customer service, training and collection in general or any related field.
3. Relevant exposures and knowledge of credit management or operations of banking / financial institutions is preferred.
4. Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office applications.
5. Good negotiation, communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Possess strong leadership abilities, proactive, analytical, listening, persuasion and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent planning and execution, time management and ability make decision in critical situation.
8. Knowledge of collection, Malaysia Law, Bank Negara collection related guidelines and banking / financial institutions operation.
9. Detail-oriented with excellent organization and multitasking skills.
10. Knowledgeable in Project Management especially related to digitalization is an added advantage
