JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime/allowances, claims, statutory payments, tax, and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee payroll records (e.g., salary deductions, banking info).

·Responsible to prepare budget of HR operations.  

The candidate

· Malaysians with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.

·Well versed in Malaysian labor law,IR Act and statutory requirements.

·Manage in-depth Industrial Relations issues.

·Good command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.

• Serves medical insurance for employee by determining insurance coverage; examining and resolving medical claims documenting actions; maintaining quality services; ensuring legal compliance.

• Skill : Knowledge in employment laws (Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relation Act 1967) and experience in handling HR-related disputes, Microsoft Office, Good consultancy skills

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

   • Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
   • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
   • Coordinate interview schedules and assist in the hiring process.

2. Onboarding:

   • Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new employees.
   • Assist in coordinating the new hire orientation process.

3. Employee Records & Documentation:

   • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR policies.
   • Assist with documentation related to employee leaves, benefits, and other HR-related processes.

4. Training & Development:

   • Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.
   • Help track employee participation and feedback for training programs.

5. Employee Engagement:

   • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
   • Participate in brainstorming and planning for HR events and activities.

6. HR Administrative Support:

   • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
   • Assist with preparing HR reports and presentations for management.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll execution.
• Calculating employee wages, deductions, and bonuses while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Maintaining payroll records and preparing payroll reports for management review.
• Administering employee benefits, including insurance and retirement plans.
• Responding to payroll inquiries from employees and resolving any discrepancies.
• Coordinating with accounting and finance departments for financial reporting and budgeting purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.

• Working closely with Talent Acquisition team from all Bosch Malaysia locations by analyzing company’s hiring needs, sourcing platform and recruitment strategy to ensure a healthy talent pipeline is available in meeting hiring needs.
• Oversee the governance and Key Performance Indicators of talent acquisition processes and evaluate recruiter performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, process quality and best practice implementations.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and integration programs that align with the company's values and culture, serving as a point of contact for new hires during their early integration journey in Bosch.
• Responsible on the implementation of employer branding and communication strategies which include content creations, managing social media, fulfilment of employer branding roadmap for Bosch Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training need analysis for every department to gather all training information needed by their department.
• Propose training that related to the department and wait for their response.
• Acknowledge the training nomination from request department and contact them directly for confirmation on the information stated in the request.
• Find training providers that conduct training as requested through training nomination by request department.
• Confirm information between request department and training provider to make sure the training achieved the training objectives.
• The training proposal from the training provider to be review and advisable to be claim from Human Resource Development Corp (HRDC).
• After confirmed, request for trainer profile, program tentative, training details and quotation from the training provider for HRDC claim purposed.
• Maintain good relationship with HRDC person in charge.
• Attend for any workshop or training organize by HRDC to gain new knowledge or for refreshment.
• Make sure to follow HRDC procedure for any grant application together with attachment required.

This position is for HR General Executive to assist day to day HR functional areas under the supervision of HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by HR Manager

1. Lead and implement environmental, health and safety standards, policies and guidelines to ensure the organization, people and environment meet and surpass prevailing legal, industry, company and customers environmental, health and safety requirements.
2. Create and constantly upgrade the awareness, compliance and instill the environment, health and safety culture throughout the assigned location/activity(ies) of the organization to ensure EHS practices are consistently in-place in the organization.
3. Plan, schedule and conduct EHS meetings and periodic inspections and audits to ensure environment, health and safety standards are adhered and recommend mitigation actions to be taken to ensure compliance.
4. Liaise with legal authorities and customer in the reporting, review, implement, lead and continually improve and enhance EHS practices relevant to the organization, benchmarking with industry’s best practices.
5. Responsible for EHS activities to document near miss, incidents, accidents, occupational health and disease, scheduled waste management, recording EHS compliance, breaches and lessons and take appropriate strategic, measurable, achievable, realistic and time based actions on risk and hazard identification, contingency and emergency response plans, communication, root cause investigation, analysis and its associated correction, corrective and preventive action to prevent its occurrence or recurrence.
6. Incumbent is to ensure that the escalation process and/or governance structure strives to provide management on oversight and transparency.
7. Engage with HR and PIC in the assigned location/activity(ies) to incorporate EHS competencies, awareness and knowledge to achieve their EHS.
8. Engage in EHS corporate social responsibility campaigns/events in and out of the workplace (e.g. training, employee engagements, onboarding, visiting, visitor guides, posters, signage, etc.)
9. Work closely, collaborate and engage with the Manager EHS as well as EHS officers, coordinators and representatives at other premises/activity(ies) within the group to drive common goal/change.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

• Advertising, sourcing, screening according to the business requirements and candidates’ suitability. Primarily first interview for Assistant Managers and Managers. Other positions only in the absence of Sen. Executive HR.
• PI Test and placement of potential candidates Primary for first interview for Assistant Managers and Managers.
• Reference check – 2 per selected candidates.
• Ensure proper HR documentation for new recruits, Offer Letters, confirmations acknowledgement and employment bond are completed in a timely manner.
• Preparing pre-employment medical check-up letter.
• Preparing salary structure for approval, information on new joiner respective department for email address, laptop, access card and parking card.
• Closing SLA within 60 days from recruitment process commencement.
• Ensure all HR correspondence are completed timely ie. Confirmation, Probation Extension, etc. (Assistant Managers and Managers).
• Ensure personal files (Assistant Managers and Managers) are accurately maintained and updated on a regular basis.
• Onboarding 1 (AM, M, SM).
• Analyze all received Training Requests before processing.  Follow through all L&D activities as previously planned in accordance to approved budget.
• Complete all Employee Engagement activities as planned for each calendar year in accordance to the approved budget. Advisory role for committees organizing events under Staff Welfare budget.
• Ensure that IR related matters i.e. disciplinary, counselling, misconduct investigation and grievances handling as per the guidelines and policies and are completed within 72 hours. Prepare a chronological report when necessary.
• Insurance claims processing and yearly renewal – monitor that this is done in a timely matter. 
• Ensure proper HR documentation for new recruits, confirmations acknowledgement, training and employment bond are completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee Staff Welfare i.e. Uniforms, Health Metrics, EE etc are executed by your respective downlines in accordance to schedule and plan.
• Oversee vendor sourcing and negotiations – Liaise with Procurement Executive as and when a system tool, EE, Appliance or activity requires to be ordered.
• Ensure all HR & Admin team members file documents weekly.
• Organize and conduct briefing for PEDP.
• Organize and conduct briefing yearly CoC Briefing to all co-workers.
• Schedule Duty Manager every 4 months cycle.
• Yearly review of all HR & Admin SOPs.
• Ensure Team always keeps their Workstation and department tidy.

• Creation of employment contracts and responsible for contract issuance and update internal databases with new hire information.
• Creation of staff letters and contract variations.
