JOB SUMMARY

This position is to provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. DUTIES

• Structure the HR Department according to the strengths and weaknesses of each employee of the department

REQUIREMENTS

Job Scope

• Assist with the entire recruitment process (especially on PMET roles)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for both direct labor positions within the manufacturing plant, (operators, machinist, QC Inspectors and other skilled/unskilled roles) and professional positions (including officers, executives, specialists & managers). In addition, the TA Specialist will lead the Internship Program and build strong partnerships with local colleges and universities. Job Description

Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning:

• Collaborate with HR and plant management to understand workforce needs and develop a recruitment strategy.

Sourcing Candidates:

Job Description:

The Freight Forwarding Administrator functions as an interface between international and domestics service providers and within broader business.

As the Freight Forwarding Administrator, you will be working within a close and supporting team environment within the Export department. Overall, you will be providing your assigned clients base guiding them through a seamless shipping and logistics process and be the link between both internal departments and external service providers.

The role will include handling export shipments for all LCL clientele, from freight bookings, allocations to final delivery and cargo received to clients in overseas.

Duties will entail and involve the following role process:

• Receiving and processing bookings of shipments.
• Coordinating bookings with shipping liners.
• Liaising and coordinating with clients, shipping carriers and overseas agents.
• Preparing relevant export documentation.
• Preparing freight/shipping rates, raising and issuing invoices.

The candidate

The ideal candidates would have a proven track record of some 2-3 years of freight operations experience in handling exports/imports sector, including recent experience with an export operations role within forwarding or with a co-loader. In this connection, candidate with strong understanding of international shipping and also domestic transport will be highly advantageous to fill this role.

The successful candidates for this role will require good communication skills and the ability to negotiate and accurate comprehend information is imperative as you will liaise with a variety of stakeholders to collectively produce the desired outcome for the business clients.
