The purpose of the HR Manager, IKEA Klang Valley (KV) role is to lead and execute people strategies that drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business growth. This role is pivotal in integrating HR initiatives across various functions to ensure a cohesive and impactful people management approach.
