Job responsibilities:

• Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision/mission.
• Overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of warehouse (internal & External) inventory & maintenance operations. 
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. 
• Creating and implementing inventory management systems, processes and procedures. 
• Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, stock accuracy and FEFO stocks.
• Handling ordering processing, delivery and coordinating with sales teams. 
• Supervising employees and overseeing warehouse staffs.
• Resolving customer inquiries and concerns. 
• Prepare annual budget.
• Ensuring that the packaging of finished products is free from contamination, intact and only approved lots are being loaded into the containers.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any related field preferrable in Logistics Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry. Preferably specializing in Logistics/Warehouse/Shipping/Store.

• Perform professional, full cycle internal audits at various Omron locations, including Headquarters, regional entities and factories, based on Omron’s philosophy and ethics as well as internal auditors' ethics code (IIA).

• With Big 4 Internal Audit, Risk Management & Compliance experiences is an added advantage

Your responsibilities as Stock Merchandising Executive will include but not limited to:

• Manage and monitor stock movement in warehouse and stores ie. Sell through, stock par level, stock aging, capacity, and replenishment.
• Initiate stock transfer and consolidation as according to sell through data and the age of products in stock, etc.
• Analyse sales trends for various shops
• Prepare and update stock reports.
• Collaborating with buyers and pricing team and sales team (retail and/or e-commerce) to create compelling product displays, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that the merchandising strategy aligns with the overall business strategy.
• Any other assignment as requested by Management from time to time.

This role supports the Country Process Owner (CPO) in standardizing the Operations Bill to Cash (OBC) processes for Robert Bosch Malaysia. Key responsibilities include:

1. Process Standardization: Align local OBC instructions with country-specific guidelines.
2. Customer Support: Address inquiries related to payments, invoices, and billing while guiding internal teams on processes.
3. Monthly Tasks: Prepare Debtor Ageing reports, update bank transactions, and assist with month-end closing.
4. Yearly Responsibilities: Coordinate credit limit revisions, monitor dunning indicators, and liaise with auditors.
5. Debt Management: Develop payment plans for customers, review legal documents for collections, and manage settlements.
6. Project Coordination: Engage in OBC testing, project rollouts, and handle stakeholder inquiries.
7. Additional Duties: Verify key figures, act as an IT partner, and complete other assigned tasks.

The Community Officer works closely with the Assistant Community Manager,  Community Manager, Area Manager, Assistant Country Manager, and Country Manager (depending on the structure of your location and country) to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business and facilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

• Support with basic administration and data entry.
• Assist with handling invoices and retrieving data for monthly reports.

MEMBER EXPERIENCE AND OPERATIONS

• Always deliver and ensure a personalised, friendly, and high-quality member experience, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Develop relationships with members and proactively understand their needs to bring ideas and recommendations to the table to exceed the expectations of every member, improving the overall member experience.

SALES

• Conduct location tours for potential members and pass on leads to the senior team to support meeting sales targets. 

CONTENT AND EVENTS

• Attend and support internal events and be a representative of your location.
• Create and execute events relating to the communities interests, with support from the senior and events team. 
• Escalate leads for collaboration and partnerships for events to the Manager.
• Support your team on social media pages (IG stories, Facebook posts, etc.) and create engaging content.
• Assist with capturing up-to-date imagery showcasing the office spaces, events and community for social media.
• Responsible for keeping calendars and notice boards updated.

PEOPLE

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Actively work and develop on your own growth to better yourself for you, your team and the business.

• 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, events, business operations, sales would be an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• University Degree holder preferred
