Job Responsibilities:

• Assiting in export matters and documentations, covering:

1. Preparation and Drafting of S.I (Shipment Instruction),
2. Custom Decleration,
3. K2 amendments and submissions,
4. Packing list.
5. Draft Bill of Lading confirmation,
6. Collection of original Bill of Ladings with providing acknowledgments to the respective supplier.
7. Preparing full sets of documentation for delivery to customer agents.
8. Keep records of all the documents and there location.
9. Liasing with finance team in order to release the respective documents to the customers.

• Coordinating with transporters & vendors.
• Compile logs and records of executed orders, sumbit weekly report to the respective management.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports for upper management.
• Updating and following up with clients regarding delivery dates, S.I, draft BL's, OBL's, & Invoices.
• Dealing with regulatory authorities to get all related certifications such as Health Certificate, MITI FORM E, Phytosanitary, Analysis certificate etc
• Cover any other area of export and documentations in regards to organisation and customer requirements.

• Possess Advance Diploma/Bachelor Degree or above in respective field.
• At least 3 years and above experience in related field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• To update all clients on the status of their shipments that is under custom clearance 
• To check and advise clients and agents on the proper HS Codes when necessary 
• To advise clients on duty/tax amounts. 
• To invoice and accrue duty/tax invoice and send to clients 
• To check and advise clients, agents and colleagues on the necessary documentation, permits required for custom clearance. 
• To apply permits with Government Agencies or related Authorities when necessary 
• To update Smartsheet regularly so that all departments are aware of shipment status 
• Immediate follow up of discrepancies. 
• Collect & process the supplier invoices for duty & tax and forward to Finance for payments 
• & to ensure the payments are made 
• To get COR from vendor to provide to Operation Department in order for them to arrange deliveries 
• Interface between Finance & Customs Clearance Team/Agent for smooth document & transaction flow. 
• Assists departmental staff on administrative task when necessary 
• Adheres to the Company’s Compliance & Corporate Polices & procedures. 
• Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to  meet the business exigencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Delivery Inspections:

• System Testing:
