This role will require the ability to solve problems that deliver and optimise safe, sustainable and ethical solutions for the design, production and operation of devices, machines, structures, processes and systems involving mechanical elements. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acts as a senior technical resource, providing expert advice and guidance to the team.

In this role, you will lead and execute complex simulation projects, leveraging your expertise in mechanical engineering and advanced simulation techniques to drive innovation and product development.

This discipline emphasizes problem-solving skills to deliver safe, sustainable, and ethical solutions in the design, production, and operation of devices, machinery, structures, processes, and systems that include mechanical elements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior technical resource and advisor within the team.
• Provides specialized technical guidance in studies and designs in areas of specific expertise.
• Develops study and design protocols to enable efficient, high-quality work by colleagues.
• Participates in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables.
• Prepares construction cost estimates and estimates for technical efforts required in projects.
• Utilizes expertise in all stages of completing the discipline component for PS&E packages.
