Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role of providing the analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market becomes more effective and efficient. You will need to come up with a model and framework on how we want to expand our distribution in the region that can support our long-term growth target.

The distribution framework must support our country sales organizations across Asia, Middle East and Africa in engaging with our customers, which based on strategic partnerships, supported by data you developed our performance-based distribution partnerships.

The responsibility of this role will be as below :

• Analyse sales data in the region Asia, Middle East and Africa on channel mix and provide recommendations to optimize our go to market approach for the region.
• Develop overall go to market approach for the region based on the analysis above.
• Define leading measures and KPIs to the approach and framework.
• Monitor the progress of the approach and make necessary actions to make sure the approach is working.
• Work closely with cross function team, include commercial team (sales and marketing) in both the region and countries, legal and compliance team.

• Responsible for SMT product quality issues. 
• Window to internal/external customer on quality/rejected matter.
• As the key driver in problem solving on quality issues encountered in SMT operations, or 0KM defects (SMT related). Coordinate all activities related to quality process are closed on time.
• To manage the rightful resources, develop associates to be competent in their area of responsibility and drive for process improvement activities.
• To set the realistic quality goal, ensure all key performance indicators are meeting departmental goal and drive for continuous improvement together with the team.
• To evaluate associate performance with goal setting in line with department goal.
• To plan for training need analysis (TNA) for the associates.
• Lead quality audit and countermeasures.
• Provide support to EWB, IPQC, ECN & NPI teams.
• To ensure all manufacturing documents are being prepared and update accordingly before line release for manufacturing.  (e.g.: Process Control Plan, PFMEA, Instruction card, Work Instruction, etc.)
• Ensure proper maintenance on the quality records.
• Responsible on yield reporting and monitoring, and improvement.
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Work with the project managers to drive SW development schedule.
• Ensure all aspects of SW design and development including schedule adherence, cost, and performance/quality of the delivered product.
• Manages all SW project team activities and coordinates SW project resources.
• Coordinate the software development processes where project status is captured continuously, monitor project schedule and create status report, if necessary decide on actions in case of deviations.
• Communicates SW project status and progress to management.
• Pro-actively identifies delays and escalates to all stakeholders for budget changes and deadlines.
• In charge of SW Change Management, develops workable implementation plans.
• Main interface to customers on issues, change requests and SW delivery.
• Responsible on sub-contract management to mitigates risk in project delay.
• Represent SW team in cross-functional department’s discussion for project related topics. E.g.: discussion with production on the SW delivery and test system update.
• Resolve software engineering and process problems by taking corrective measures taking into account economic goals / objectives.
•  Adhere to Bosch Software Engineering Process and ASPICE automotive standard

14. To do scraping after inspect and confirm the defect of defective materials before disposal.
15. Responsible for physical inventory count
16. Follow up record training and operator skill check.

• Responsible in developing and reviewing the annual compensation review process which include job evaluation, salary and benefits market competitiveness benchmarking, merit increase recommendations and all other policies and guidelines related to total compensation and benefits.
• Active involvement and lead in the role out of country or worldwide compensation programs or deployment of Corporate Rewarding/Compensation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR Business partners and Location HR, Business division leader, Senior management in designing and implementing the annual compensation and benefits plan that aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct robust market research and analysis to benchmark compensation levels, benefits, and incentive structures against industry standards and competitors for local and international compensation schemes.
• Monitor market trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits, providing recommendations and guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
• Exchange with external networking groups and rewards consultants to keep abreast of latest compensation practices and trends.
• Drive the communication, competencies and knowledge management of compensation and benefits program and its applications, ensuring users have a clear understanding of the total rewards offerings available to them.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Professional to manage our Off-Highway business based out of the Malaysian & Singapore region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and market share across our Independent Aftermarket, Off-Highway Specialist Dealer network, Original Equipment Supplier (OES) Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement strategic sales plans and business strategies to achieve revenue/profit targets and drive expansion into the Mining, Construction, Marine, Power Gen, and Agriculture segment in , including conducting market/competitor research, identifying key players, assessing potential for relevant products, and formulating actionable execution plans.
• Support in developing market within new segments such as non-automotive, & Performance and Transmission.
•  Manage key account relationships, customer acquisitions, and ongoing sales activities to maximize business opportunities
•  Oversee KPI tracking, analysis, and corrective actions related to turnover, profitability, pricing, and customer acquisition projects
•  Conduct regular customer visits, market analysis, and competitive intelligence gathering to identify growth opportunities
• Spearhead off-highway portfolio expansion, product coverage optimization, and competitive positioning initiatives
•  Analyze sales performance, market trends, and internal management reports to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure efficient account receivables management and on-boarding of new accounts as required
•  Collaborate cross-functionally to address market requirements, customer issues, and distributor activities
