Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role of providing the analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market becomes more effective and efficient. You will need to come up with a model and framework on how we want to expand our distribution in the region that can support our long-term growth target.

The distribution framework must support our country sales organizations across Asia, Middle East and Africa in engaging with our customers, which based on strategic partnerships, supported by data you developed our performance-based distribution partnerships.

The responsibility of this role will be as below :

• Analyse sales data in the region Asia, Middle East and Africa on channel mix and provide recommendations to optimize our go to market approach for the region.
• Develop overall go to market approach for the region based on the analysis above.
• Define leading measures and KPIs to the approach and framework.
• Monitor the progress of the approach and make necessary actions to make sure the approach is working.
• Work closely with cross function team, include commercial team (sales and marketing) in both the region and countries, legal and compliance team.

1. Operations for Warehouse and Transportation

• Oversee warehouse import operation for both AE/RDC.
• Conduct weekly import operation performance with warehouse team.
• Responsible to investigate for any import operation dispute between supplier and warehouse and finding the solutions.
• Manage internal customer import & export enquiries, as well as managing the complaints and claims coming from Warehouse.
• Manage freight forwarders and Inbound and Outbound cost management.

Reporting to the General Counsel of SEA who is based in Singapore, you will be the 6th member of a current team of 5 lawyers serving the ASEAN region, and a part of the global Corporate Legal Services function of Bosch. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers who wish to work with an established brand with presence across multiple jurisdictions.
 

Main Responsibilities:

•  Provide general legal advice and support to Bosch business units and legal entities in Malaysia.
•  Provide general legal advise and support and act as lead ASEAN regional lawyer for 1 or 2 business units across South East Asian countries
• Potentially provide secondary support for Indonesian business/entities.
• Identify and manage legal risks, litigation and disputes, including debt recovery matters.
•  Provide internal training on legal matters, including compliance with competition law and keep abreast of the significant changes in law impacting the business.
•  Draft and negotiate long term supply contracts, distribution agreements, product trial agreements, sponsorship agreements, e-commerce agreements etc.

This role supports the Country Process Owner (CPO) in standardizing the Operations Bill to Cash (OBC) processes for Robert Bosch Malaysia. Key responsibilities include:

1. Process Standardization: Align local OBC instructions with country-specific guidelines.
2. Customer Support: Address inquiries related to payments, invoices, and billing while guiding internal teams on processes.
3. Monthly Tasks: Prepare Debtor Ageing reports, update bank transactions, and assist with month-end closing.
4. Yearly Responsibilities: Coordinate credit limit revisions, monitor dunning indicators, and liaise with auditors.
5. Debt Management: Develop payment plans for customers, review legal documents for collections, and manage settlements.
