Job Description:
The Case Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and arranging transport plans for patients through liaising with various stakeholders, such as the patient's family members, doctors, hospitals, and the aviation teams.
The Case Coordinator is expected to facilitate the smooth execution of a case by performing a range of operational and administrative duties.
Role Details:
Coordinate and oversee aeromedical transport cases independently from start to end.
- Handle requests for assistance (phone calls and emails) promptly. Responsive with accurate feedbacks and ability to conduct clear communication and good listening skill.
- Can speak either Mandarin, Indonesian, or Vietnamese.
- Be the first point of contact for our clients who require medical or travel assistance.
- Be responsible for your allocated cases within the working hours and be responsible in managing the task.
- Able to coordinate and access medical claims proactively, report analysis and offer recommendation on the eligibility of claim for the continuation or completion of the service delivery.
- Go the extra miles based on the company’s standard. Provide excellent service and product knowledge in building skills.
- Able to multi-task and support other departments. Teamwork mentality.
