Training:
- Take responsibility for the physiotherapy portfolio, ensuring comprehensive management and delivery.
- Provide customer-focused training, product education, product demonstrations, mentoring, and support services.
- Assist the sales team with in-clinic product demonstrations.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate and efficient arrangements for product detailing and demonstrations during exhibitions.
- Manage, report, and follow up with healthcare professionals (HCPs) on any product quality complaints or adverse events with the relevant department.
- Stay updated with the latest knowledge on aesthetic principles and beauty concepts.
Internal Training:
- Drive training initiatives and identify suitable training solutions for internal team members.
- Enhance the performance of trainers through ongoing development.
- Plan and conduct sales team training sessions to improve their knowledge of competitor products, company offerings, scientific reviews, and objection-handling techniques.
Physiotherapy Portfolio:
- Stay informed and updated on the latest developments in the physiotherapy portfolio.
- Assess patients' physical conditions and provide appropriate evaluations.
- Formulate treatment plans tailored to patients' conditions and needs.
- Plan and organize physiotherapy and fitness programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Stay current with new physiotherapy technologies and techniques.
- Comply with government regulations related to physiotherapy practices.
Requirements:
- Degree in physiotherapy.
- Experience working as a physiotherapist.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
- Teamwork skills.
- Administration skills.
- Agile and patience.
