Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Order Management:
   • Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
   • Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are fulfilled according to specifications and deadlines.
   • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes.
2. Logistics Coordination:
   • Plan and coordinate shipment schedules with logistics partners and carriers.
   • Prepare and manage necessary shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and customs forms (if applicable).
   • Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipment.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory availability for customer orders.
   • Record and update inventory movements related to customer orders and logistics.
4. Record Keeping:
   • Maintain detailed and organized records of all orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
   • Generate periodic reports on order status, shipment performance, and inventory levels for management review.
5. Customer Service:
   • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, shipments, and returns in a timely manner.
   • Provide excellent support to ensure a positive customer experience.
6. Cross-department Coordination:
   • Liaise with sales, production, and warehouse teams to align logistics and customer order processing.
   • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to meet customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics or order processing roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and logistics/order management systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and processes is an advantage.

   • 維護所有訂單、發票和運輸單據的詳細且有條理的記錄。
   • 產生有關訂單狀態、出貨績效和庫存水準的定期報告，以供管理審查。
5. 客戶服務：
   • 及時處理與訂單、出貨和退貨相關的客戶查詢和投訴。
   • 提供卓越的支持，確保積極的客戶體驗。
6. 跨部門協調：
   • 與銷售、生產和倉庫團隊聯絡，協調物流和客戶訂單處理。
   • 確保部門之間有效的溝通與協作，以滿足客戶的期望。
