We are currently looking for a Junior / Senior Creative Designer who will work on a variety of products, including product lifestyle styling for catalogue and social media such as Instagram and Facebook, coordinating photoshoots, website design, social media content ideation, photo editing and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities
Here's a snapshot of what you'll be immersing yourself in:
1. Creative Concept Development
- Develop innovative concepts, designs, and layouts for various projects, including print, digital, packaging, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with creative and/or art director, marketing teams, and clients to translate ideas and objectives into visually compelling solutions.
2. Design Execution and Oversight
- Create high-quality designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Oversee the production process, from initial concepts to final deliverables, including print and digital formats.
3. Brand Management
- Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s branding guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all platforms.
- Contribute to the development of brand identity assets, such as logos, color schemes, and typography
4. Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks on designs and materials before final production.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and maintain high aesthetic standards.
5. Software and Tools Mastery
- Use advanced design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) effectively to create professional-grade visuals.
- Explore and implement new tools or features to enhance workflow efficiency.
6. Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with account/project managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
7. Communication and Collaboration
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal team and clients clearly and persuasively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and development, to ensure cohesive execution
Experience & Background:
• Years of Experience : Minimum 1 year for Junior level, 5 years for Senior (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply)
• Rich Industry Insight: Worked for B2B companies is a plus point (Property Developer, Automotive, F&B, Consumers) . Your tenure should have exposed you to the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
• Educational Foundations: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a
related field demonstrates your foundational training and commitment to the craft.
• Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma
