1. Conduct routine baking tests on samples to ensure flour quality meets standards.
2. Perform additional tests related to competitor analysis, complaints, R&D, and evaluations as assigned.
3. Report quality defects or issues to superiors promptly for resolution.
4. Accurately record and submit test results, maintaining proper documentation.
5. Continuously improve baking skills and adhere to scheduled tests.
6. Assist in product demonstrations, technical training, and sales activities.
7. To keep Customer Service Department (CSD) facilities in good condition and promptly report to superior for any sign of equipment defect or breakdown.
8. Maintain and report the condition of equipment, ensuring facilities are clean and organized.
9. Follow safety, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and best practice procedures.
10. Protect the confidentiality of company formulations and quality data.
11. Adhere to company policies and participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
12. Support FSSC 22000 initiatives and complete additional tasks as directed by management.
     

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and maintenance of equipment to ensure productions are not interrupted and continuous improvements effort are in place for quality products.
• Assist in monitoring and daily maintenance works to reduce machinery downtime.
• Preparing roller changes for flour processing to improve flour extraction rates.
• Observe and follow all Operating Procedures and ensure safety practices are adhered to at all production areas including work and repair shop. Ensure all workers and visitors wear PPE as and when required.
• Comply with the requirements of FSSC 22000; support and participate in FSSC 22000 activities.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.

1. To conduct routine baking tests on milling, batching, packing sample and lab mill sample according to the plan to ensure the flour produced has been tested and the quality meets the desired standard.
2. To perform any other testing as assigned by superior in related to competitor’s flour analysis, flour streaming study, complaint, and any other R&D/evaluation.
3. To ensure the quality defect and other issue or problem is reported to superior promptly for further decision making.
4. To ensure test results are record properly on testing form with no error, submit on time for reporting purposes and filing of testing form and other documents are well maintained.
5. To continuously improve on product making skills by performing the test according the schedule set by superior.
6. To assist in product demonstration, flour technical training for customer / sales and any others sales activation activities.
7. To keep CSD facilities in good condition and promptly report to superior for any sign of equipment defect or breakdown.
8. To clean up the place and facility before end of the shift and take part in the 5S activities for the area in-charged. Ensure CSD master cleaning plan is adhered.
9. To ensure safety procedures are observed strictly at all time and to comply strictly with the requirements of HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL and any other Best Practices.
10. To ensure the confidentiality of Company’s wheat grist, flour formulations, wheat, and flour quality.
11. To strictly follow the company’s regulations and policies.
12. To participate in Lab MBU1 by contributes to safety observation and improvement idea.

1. To execute the internal safety and quality assurance programs & maintain the food safety management system in order to ensure compliance to ISO22000, FSSC 22000 scheme, HACCP, other regulatory and statutory requirements such as Food Act Regulation.
2. To assist & communicate customer requirement in production floor.
3. To understand the food safety policy and food safety objective. To carry out activities such as inspection, audit , control and monitoring activity at the production floor area – silo, milling, batching, packing and warehouse to ensure that the specified targets are achieved
4. To assist in internal and external audit – ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 scheme, SIRIM, HACCP, customer audit and other applicable FSMS and QMS audit.
5. To check condition and conduct inspection at bulk loading to ensure is fulfilling food safety and quality release standard.  
6. To check condition and conduct inspection at the incoming material to make sure it's fulfill the acceptance specification.
7. To check condition and conduct inspection at the prestage pallet to ensure it's fulfill both food safety and quality release standard.
8. To support and participate in all the food safety management system activities and workplace safety awareness.

• To plan, control and manage the efficient running of the production lines to meet daily target.
• To execute daily shift production schedule by operating and balancing the wheat cleaning and flour milling production lines in order to achieve the target efficiency, extraction rates, capacity and quality compliance of the products.
• Adhere to Safety Operating Procedures.
• To ensure that the Production Assistant undertakes the necessary autonomous preventive maintenance and coordinate with engineering in order to achieve efficient production level.
• To comply with the requirements of ISO 22000 and to support and to participate in ISO 22000 activities.
• To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

A Production intern is responsible for assisting the manufacturing engineers on the plant's daily operations, analysing the manufacturing process and procedures, and recommending strategic solutions to maximise productivity and minimise costs.

Exposures:

• To assist in implementing the production plan given including wheat intake, wheat cleaning and flour milling with high accuracy and efficiency.
• To assist in operating the wheat cleaning or flour milling production.
• To assist in carry out the required sampling, measuring and accurate recordings, reporting and filing during the shift in order to achieve timely and useful production data.
• To learn and study production processes, machinery & equipment operations, materials & products.

1. To perform sanitation, pest control and fumigation operation in order and are done accordingly as per SOP specifications and requirements.
2. To execute proper Housekeeping and Compliance to the standards required by the company and the industrial practices.
3. To complete all pest control record and report timely.
4. To follow Health and Safety work procedures and practices rules, as per the safety regulations required.
5. To ensure necessary PPE been issued to workers and take necessary measurements to prevent unforeseen industrial accident.
