Job Responsibilities:
- Selling lubricant additives and specialty chemicals to a diverse range of industries.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Build and cultivate strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and support.
- Promote and expand sales of both new and established products in the market.
- Prepare and execute sales forecasts, marketing plans, and reports, while monitoring market conditions and trends.
- Take full responsibility for payment collections, ensuring prompt payment of due and overdue accounts.
- Manage the entire sales process, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and conduct timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Evaluate and enhance sales performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and meet goals.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management as needed.
- Location job opportunity: 1 position for southern region (Johor Bharu) and 2 position for central region (Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor) Branches.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricant additives or specialty chemicals sector, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proven sales track record and a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia,
or other languages is an advantage.
- Competence in MS Office applications.
- Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a related fie.
