As a Sales Administrator, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and Head of Sales, driving sales goals. You'll need to think quickly, assess connections, and build relationships effectively for Common Ground, The Hive and The Cluster. You'll represent our brand, understand operations, attend events, and find leads. Your goal: match potential members with the perfect location for their needs. - Assist the team to drive all sales related activities across the Country
- Consistently work towards ensuring all spaces have a 100% occupancy rate
- Receive and review all enquiries for your locations and respond to (by the location teams or yourself) within 30 minutes (within operating hours).
- Manage the entire sales administration process and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
- Assist the sales team in managing leads and bookings, prospecting, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- Handle incoming inquiries through various channel - WhatsApp, emails and the website and follow up on sales leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Gather information from the sales team to update weekly and monthly members count and master log is kept up to date.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, including setting up workspaces, access cards, and other necessary arrangements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with administrative support for both members and the sales team in.
- Assist to ensure all upcoming terminations are followed up with a renewal proposal.
- Conduct tours for leads and private offices over a certain set and agreed number of people.
- Support operations team where needed with the aim to provide our members excellent service.
- Assist to compile data requested from your management team, whcih they can analyse to support business decisions in your market.
- Check prices and contracts are up to date on all platforms.
- Be forward thinking and plan for any challenges that may be faced.
- 2+ years experience in a sales or business development capacity
- Experience from co-working spaces, start-ups or a sales role with a strong network and relationship with property agencies or vendors would be an advantage
- Comfortable and confident with cold-calling, attending networking events and coming up with creative approaches to generate leads
- Willingness to learn, proactive, presentable and able to handle pressure
- Fluent in English, any additional language would be a plus
- Passionate about sales, business development and partnerships
