A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
We are seeking a talented and creative interior designer to join our Design and Expansion team, who specialises in the design of coworking and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on drawing and conceptualising layouts, with experience in sourcing materials and furnishings as a valuable plus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept Development: Create innovative design concepts that enhance the functionality and aesthetic of coworking spaces.
- Drawing and Visualisation: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Space Planning: Analyse and optimise space utilisation to foster collaboration and productivity among users.
- Material Sourcing: Research and source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design concepts and budget constraints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design integrity and execution.
- Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in coworking space design.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 2- 5 years proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on commercial or coworking environments
- Strong drawing skills with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of sourcing materials and furnishings is a plus
- Excellent communication, business acumen and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
- Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
- Personable with strong verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English
