• Understanding of office management and basic accounting procedures
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Able to meet deadlines

Job Scope:

1. Fully in-charge and monitor foreign workers, accommodation and hostel affairs.

2. Handle and prepare documents

3. Support in the handling of disciplinary, complaints, grievance and compliance issues for employees based on the Company's policies and rules.

4. Any other tasks given by Superior

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent.

2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Required languages(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English

4. Female

5. Able to work under minimum supervision or independently.

6. Full time position only

7. Computer literate and good reporting skills

8. Own Transport
