The Case Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and arranging transport plans for patients through liaising with various stakeholders, such as the patient's family members, doctors, hospitals, and the aviation teams.

Responsibilities

About the role

With growing customer accounts and demands in Aerospace, we are assembling a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver visibility, proactivity, optimization and high level of customer satisfaction to our major Aerospace account. • You handle the daily operation of Småland, the children playground such as registering kids for the playground admission, taking care of the children and ensure their safety during their stay in the playground.
