Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering
• A certificate in Civil drafting or equivalent is an advantage.

You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. You are required to participate fully in coordination, monitoring and control the upstream processes of the property development value chain, i.e. the planning and design aspects of the development.
