You will assist the Senior Manager or Head of Department to facilitate in the design and planning process from various stages of the property development and project lifecycle. You are required to participate fully in coordination, monitoring and control the upstream processes of the property development value chain, i.e. the planning and design aspects of the development. You are expected to support close coordination and liaison with other internal departments (i.e. Sales and Marketing, Project Management) and external consultants to deliver high quality final product to the customer within approved budget and in accordance with company’s approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

2. To prepare Request for Fee Proposal (RFP) in the engagement of design and planning consultants (Planners, Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers etc.).
3. To research and make recommendations for the appointment of design consultants. Manage and guide consultants in all matters relating to planning, design & development.
4. To formulate project design brief and coordinate with consultants on all design matters.
5. To assist in technical feasibility study, site evaluation, initial conceptual modelling and what-if analysis for all potential land to be acquired.
6. To liaise with the relevant authorities on the prevailing planning and design guidelines imposed and their impact on the feasibility of projects.
7. To support the project management function on technical trouble shooting and alternative design solutions to facilitate the project delivery process.
8. Other responsibilities include:

• Prepare design summary reports for Management reviews and other company related activities
• Prepare and review project Master Implementation Program

Lighting Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the product application team to understand project goals and

requirements.

· Design innovative lighting solutions (including ID, industrial, and façade lighting)

based on client needs.

· Prepare lighting plans, layouts, and specifications using AutoCAD, Dialux, AGi32,

and SketchUp 3D.

Mechanical Design Engineer, doing HDD component, assembly and system level engineering, documentation, test and qualification.

Tasks:

• Create graphic content for marketing touchpoints (online and offline)
• Collaborate and develop creative assets for product promotions and branding materials
• Support the xBU team in any adhoc marketing initiatives and creative tasks

Projects:

• Roadshow creative support and development
• Improvement of promo-related creative support to dealers

• Work with system engineer to provide mechanical solution/improvement in new/existing product.
• Align with system engineer the SRS, especially the SRS for mechanical components/subsystem.
• Derive mechanical design concepts from requirement, evaluate alternative solutions, and document design decisions.
• Optimize mechanical design considering component manufacturing process and tool assembly process.
• Evaluate, verify and improve design risks and failures related to mechanical domain via FEMA, risk assessment, PSS, DFMA, etc.
• Familiar with product safety and legal requirement, especially mechanical domain related, document the assessment to prove the fulfilment.
• Drive the design iteration loop for mechanical domain, i.e. design, prototyping, verification.
• Create and maintain drawings (2D & 3D) with CAD system, part lists (BOM), Technical document (PQA, tol.stack, etc).
• Define PQA, especially the special characteristic acc. to function requirement and tolerance calculation.
• Set up 3D&2D and BOM data correctly into related system, follow up and release the mechanical components in SAP.
