Role Summary:

This position is responsible for all aspects of accounting and tax operations, including the development and maintenance of accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 1)Fully in charge of handling bank accounts including bank reconciliation and managing the local and foreign account.

2) Analyze and prepare monthly forecast report on the company cash movement. 3)Preparing and monitoring budget for each department

4)Fully in charge of monitoring the company cash flow and ensuring the cash is sufficient for operating expenses.

5)Fully in charge of Account Payable including preparing the monthly Ageing Report and creditor reconciliation.

6)Prepare the payment listing for the local and foreign supplier to ensure all the payments can be made as scheduled.

8)Fully in charge of monitoring and checking the entire invoice to ensure the entire invoice input correctly and precisely.

9)Prepare all preliminary work in closing monthly management report and liaise with other department in compile and record closing document.

11)Prepare schedule and report for year-end Audit and Tax Computation.
