Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of food production for catering events, including menu planning, preparation, and execution.
• Coordinate food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and high-quality results, whether for small intimate gatherings or large-scale events.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during catering events, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience managing catering operations for both on-site and off-site events is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record, initiate enter the cargo or shipments to the system to ensure existing information for further processing
• Pack, prepare, classify, and hold the shipments according to destination and the routing to be handled by assigned staff
• Calculate, account, and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge… etc.
• Perform material handling, receive, and deliver to the desired routing, processing, recipient, or any other concerned party.
• Communicate, plan, monitor, and report on processed or held goods for manipulation, delivery to other parties, or status updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance when communicating with clients and customers, and respond to their enquiry with the quality of service they desire.

• Carry out reception activities and consult customers about any queries, answer phones and emails regarding any issue.
