Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production or processing of goods
- Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences, to meet production goals
- Calculates labour and equipment requirements and production specifications
- Determines standards, production and rates based on company policy, equipment and labour availability, and workload
- Confers with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances
- Confers with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within departments or between departments
- Reads and analyses charts, work orders, or production schedules to determine production requirements
- Recommends or implements measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers
- Inspects materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
- Monitors or patrols work area and enforces safety or sanitation regulations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objective without supervision.
- Knowledge about printing related processes i.e.: pre-press, printing, cutting, folding, binding, diecut, varnish, gluing
- Computer literate, Good in excel, mathematics & communication skills
- Positive and proactive
- Communication skills and EQ- able to work under pressure, easy to work with others
- Problem solving skills- solving daily issues, improve process and methods
- Analytical skills- Quick mind about data, symptoms and situation
- Leadership & supervisory skills- lead and build excellent team work
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above in manufacturing / operation related field
- With 2-3 years Supervisory experience
- Preferable female
