JOB DESCRIPTION

• • To issue Purchase Order for Raw and Packing Materials or other relevant materials as required by superior
  • To ensure the correct price, quantity and quality of materials before ordering to supplier
  • To monitor the stock levels in store is adequate to avoid any insufficient of materials or overstock in store
  • To ensure the delivery date of materials required for production usage is before the delivery date of finished goods/shipment
  • To liaise with supplier on product complaint in terms of quality and quantity rejection
  • To issue Purchase Return and Goods Return of materials rejected by QC department
  • To request quotation from supplier on new materials or for any fluctuate price materials from time to time and obtained approved from before ordering
  • All other relevant task as deems necessary by immediate Superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• • Degree or Diploma holder in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience related Purchasing
  • Analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Independent, self-starter, dynamic team player, resourceful with a high level of initiative
  • Able to adapt to challenging working environment and long hours duty if required

  • 監控店內庫存水準足以避免店內材料不足或庫存過多

  • 就品質和數量拒收方面的產品投訴與供應商聯絡
  • 對QC部門拒絕的物料發出採購退貨和退貨

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Manage both direct and indirect tax compliance matters of LBS Group for both Malaysian and overseas entities ensuring compliance.
• Prepare / review transfer pricing (“TP”) documentation and assist in the implementation of TP requirements on related companies’ transactions.
• Support Accounts team on tax provision calculation.
• Liaise with tax authorities, government agencies, tax consultants and other external parties on all tax matters for the Malaysian and overseas entities within LBS Group.
• Assist business / operating units on the tax implications from new business structure / transactions.
• Handle tax audits and queries from tax administration on as-needed basis.
• Follow up on findings from tax audits and advise required changes for improving tax compliance status

Job Requirements:

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy / Commerce Accounting / Finance / Professional Qualifications (ACCA, CTIM, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a tax / accounting / commercial firm. Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
• Knowledge in IFCA software will be an added advantage
• Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese – both verbal & written
• Possess an analytical mind and curious nature, meticulous, committed, and willing to learn.
• Able to build good rapport internally and externally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and good time management is expected.

Job Description

Export Sales Support                                        

a. In charge of marketing activities include visiting the customers and study the market situation upon requested to ensure to achieve export sales target.

b. Introduce & promote company products to further expand sales & new countries.

Export Sales Operation                                           

a. Monitor the sales operation of export retail products to ensure to meet customer delivery dateline and collection of outstanding payment.

b. Reviewed accounts receivable aging report to ensure the payment receive on time.

Monitoring of Sales Progress & Expenses       

a. Prepare accurate monthly sales report and stock movement reports of exporting countries to prevent out of stock and high stock situation.

b. Strictly monitor & ensure all expense reports are updated accurately.                

                                                                                                                                          Trade Relationship         

Respond to export customers enquiry accurately and efficiently to build trusted relationship with the distributors & potential customers.

Supply Chain Management                                               

Support in SCM & PSI Project for maximize customers' value and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage by develop and run the supply chains most effective & efficient ways possible.

Brand Awareness & Consumer Knowledge                       

a. Enhance the brand awareness in exporting countries through social media & marketing activities.                                                     

b. Increase the public interest and product usage knowledge of the consumers by preparing useful promotional kits & promotional activities.       

Any other responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management,Marketing,All Business Field
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
