The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management and compliance with labor laws. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff.

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

• Support HR with performance management and employee relations tasks.

• Ensure compliance with school policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior experience in an HR role is an advantage.

The Assistant Board Secretary supports the Board Secretary in coordinating and managing board-related activities. Responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas, recording and distributing accurate minutes, maintaining records and correspondence, and ensuring compliance with school policies and legal requirements. The role also involves assisting in organizing board events, liaising with board members, and performing administrative duties to facilitate the smooth operation of board functions.

• Serving mainly to the needs of the Group CEO whilst direct reporting to the CEO Office Manager.
• Manage the Group CEO's complex schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and event planning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing inquiries and requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients and partners.
• Prepare and review documentation, such as correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and decision-making processes.
• Assist the Group CEO at meetings, e.g. taking minutes and preparing refreshments as needed.
• Handle travel arrangements for the Group CEO such as such as flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• Manage travel and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Involving and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office by supporting the administrative works.
• Any other tasks as may be required by the Group CEO and the CEO Office Manager.
• Ensure at all times strict confidentiality of the job function and information that is confidential in nature.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
