About This Role

As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks in the Human Resource (HR) department. You will conduct recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, managing employee records and handling inquiries from employees and clients. You will also support various HR projects, as needed. • Preparation and submission of monthly statutory contribution (CPF/SDL) for designated Singapore clients on payroll services.
• Assist in meeting clients’ presumptions and proactively working to ensure clients’ satisfaction and retention.
• Preparation and update of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department and designation.
• Monitor, update and in-charge of ACCA Approved Employer Programme for the company.
• Conduct recruitment matters including posting of job ads, shortlisting of candidates, arrange for interview and conduct staff orientation for junior positions.
• Oversee in organising all Appraisal and Evaluation exercises.
• Oversee the preparation and updates of training plans for each department and designation.
