• Be the one who resolves technical issues, configures software, and keeps clients connected to internet application servers. Provide expert technical support to clients for hardware and software issues. Configure software to connect seamlessly to internet application servers. Deliver training to clients on system and application usage.

  Software Development & Maintenance:  

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions. Lead technical projects, from concept through to implementation. Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications.

Empower Users: 

• Conduct engaging training sessions to help clients maximize their use of systems and applications. Work closely with the support team and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 

Innovate & Build: 

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance. . Investigate new technologies to enhance our product offerings. Debug software based on test results to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Take charge as a technical project leader for key development projects, driving innovation from start to finish.

• Investigate technical solutions, analyze proposals, and craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.

• Develop or acquire test data and run tests to ensure applications produce accurate results. Debug and revise based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, CSS).
• Knowledge of JQuery & Javascript will be added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of Operating Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to listen to others’ perspectives.
• Willingness to travel at short notice and a valid Class D driving license.
• Immediate availability or ability to start as soon as possible.

• Managing and processing all procurement related requests including raising purchase orders, receipting and invoice checking
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure costs and services are in line with contractual agreements.
• Liaising with mobile service provider regarding connections/disconnections, data usage etc.
• Liaising with telephony provider and business for any work required on local office telephony system including management of extension numbers
• Raising, logging and allocation of support calls onto the IT Help Desk from calls received into the central email system, in person or by phone
• Updating the IT asset database (hardware and software)
• Working within a streamlined globally distributed IT team providing all levels of 1st line support (creating new users, processing leavers, password resets, modifying mail/security group membership, FTP site administration)
• Updating of process and procedures documentation
• Liaise with the Business and build positive working relationships
