• Responsible for updating, keeping records of all documents under the scope of the Company's ISO 9001:2000.
• Deals with telephone enquiries, take messages, receives clients, ascertains their requests and directs them accordingly.
• Handles incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distribution.
• General administration functions in the areas of daily office operations, stationery supplies etc.
• Perform other related duties as and when directed by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Finance & Accounting.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
