We are looking for skilled Legal Executives with a passion for Insolvency Practice to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage insolvency cases, including liquidation, bankruptcy, and administration.
2. Prepare correspondences, reports, and presentations and attend to statutory meetings
3. Handling administrative and management of cash books and accounts of companies under liquidation and/or receivership
4. Conducting company searches and lodgements of documents/forms with SSM
5. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of distressed companies.
6. Ensure compliance of legal formalities and ethical standards are adhered to with regards to companies under liquidation and/or receivership—advertisements, gazettes, liaising with insolvency department, etc
7. Liaise with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve financial issues.
8. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for court proceedings and creditor meetings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law.
2. At least 3 years of experience in corporate recovery & insolvency practice.
3. In-depth knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance principles.
4. Familiar with SSM, LHDN, insolvency compliance, accounting standards, tax laws, and filing procedures.
5. Exceptional report writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and informative documents.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
7. Able to travel when required
8. Ability to work independently and is a collaborative team player with attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

Typically responsible for assisting the company’s President or CEO in handling various business affairs.

Key Duties:

1. Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the President, including scheduling, handling documents, answering calls, and responding to emails.

2. Business Coordination: Assist the President in managing various business matters, such as organizing meetings, welcoming visitors, and handling contracts.

3. Information Collection and Analysis: Gather industry information, market trends, and competitor data, analyze them, and report to the President to aid in informed decision-making.

You will play an important role to:

• Coordinate, direct and control the work of the sales personnel and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.

• Ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor competitors' activities and provide any marketing data for management's information.

• Communicate with the field sales force on the company policies, product development, sales programs.

• Appraise the performance and assist in the training and development of sales personnel.

• Ensure all relevant market/business information relating to the credit worthiness and/or financial standing of any sales prospects are communicated earliest to all sales personnel and take necessary business protection action immediately.

• Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customers in a timely manner.

• Ensure leasing arrangements for customers are adhered to strictly and complete all relevant documentation in the shortest possible time.

• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

• Maintains good relations with customers, advise them of Company's services and provide product and pricing information.

• Close liaison with technical team on any technical problems and ensure they are attended to immediately.

• Handling corporate account with good presentation skill
