KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EXPECTED OUTCOME

3.1 Process Optimization

• Design, develop, and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization (Man, Method, Materials, Machine & Environment).

3.2 Quality Control

• Ensure that production processes meet quality standards and that any deviations are identified and corrected promptly.

3.3 Production Planning

• Assist in planning and scheduling production activities, ensuring that production targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

3.4 Data Analysis

• Collect and analyze production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and report on production performance.

3.5 Continuous Improvement

• Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.

3.6 Equipment Maintenance

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are properly maintained and repaired to minimizing downtime.

3.7 Collaboration

• Work with design, procurement, and other departments to ensure that production processes align with company goals and customer requirements.

3.8 Training

• Provide training and support to production team members on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols.

3.9 Safety & Health Compliance

• Ensure that all manufacturing activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement safety measures to minimize risks to workers.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible for instrument calibration work. 
• Responsible for instrument measurement data analysis.
• Responsible for instrument measurement sigma improvement in PN.
• Responsible for instrument maintenance method improvement in PN.
• Responsible for set up new measurement method which required from R&D and sputter process team.
• Ensure the correct calibration among the tool. 
• Taking lead for measurement method improvement projects in PN.
• Measurement results analysis in PN.
• Analyze the machine calibration results and production measurement sigma. 
• Set up / optimize the measurement condition to reduce the measurement variation or measurement time reduction.  
• Coaching process engineer/technician to enhance their knowledge of instrument method and capability.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to supervise Production lines
• Provide clear, regular communication of production priorities, challenges, and status across the shift to meet production schedules, goals and objectives
• Directly manage Operators team, routinely provide guidance on career development in your team and regularly conducting performance management. engagement activities and monitor attendance
• Responsible for labor planning and allocation between processes, 6S, line cleanliness, tardiness and training
• Collaborate with Engineering/Supporting Team to solve day to day excursion, implement line process changes or new implementations for improvements
• Periodically audit production adherence to visual aids and standard instructions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• To plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet 
• Interface with Production Planning Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement 
• To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth loading plan  
• To prepare reports in timely manner 
• Required to working shift and will be station in Production Office 
• Any other tasks related to planning that assigned by superior from time to time 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final delivery of assigned products through the complete production cycle.
• Works from published loading forecast and production readiness to establish production schedules, loading plans within capacity requirements.
• Responsible for production planning and fulfillment, including the required changes to loading plans up to managing daily shipments according to backlog in a timely fashion.
• Daily monitoring of WIP performance to ensure WO close on timely manner to meet shipment needs.
• Daily clearance/ update of past due work order to ensure overall MRP is driven correctly.
• Working with and drive cross functional teams to accomplish KPI e.g. build plan execution, OTD, inventory management, cycle time performance and MLT.
• Responsible to work with cross functional teams on ECO/ Quality/ Rework excursions.
• Responsible for daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting for KPI areas.
• Initiate & Drive improved Business or system process(es) to close gaps for continuous improvements. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform basic level analysis for production hold lots and give disposition and feedback to related team such as Product Engineer, Test Process Engineer, Assembly Process Engineer and Test Equipment Engineer for issue investigation
• Execute 1st level troubleshooting during test and escalate it to related team.
• Handle test engineering activity such as DOE/Volume checkout/correlation and etc.
• Maintain 6S in common of lab, in charge of units control in lab.
• Provide support for hardware release such as product correlation and machine buy-off activities qualifications.
• Attend to immediate product/system related testing issues and demonstrates open communication policy and involvement with production and maintenance people on achieving problem solution.
• Perform 1st level EFA and 2nd level EFA for production hold lots and give disposition, and feedback to related team for issue investigation;
• Support related production issue related to TPE(flushout).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible and capable in troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment (ARV, ARS and MMS) and ensuring this equipment are in good condition to support production capacity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for improving and sustaining the automation equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, MTBA and MTBF)
• Performing and line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation.
• Analyze equipment failure root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Ability to identify root cause and provide corrective action through use of Effective problem solving tools.
• Perform regular inspections to identify equipment root cause.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance and calibration the equipment to optimal condition.
• Maintain equipment maintenance documentation and checklist.
• Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Support equipment setup and relocation
• Assist Engineer in continuous Equipment improvement projects and Automation projects
• Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, motivation, and willingness to work proactively either independently or within the team.

• To create detailed production planning for production activities, including the timing, quantity, and sequence of flour milling, blending and packing processes.
• To ensure production aligns with sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory requirements by monitoring schedules to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• To manage the inventory materials and components needed for production, ensuring that materials are available when needed without excess stock while balancing inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking, minimizing holding costs while maintaining production efficiency.
• To cross-functional collaboration by working closely with departments such as procurement, logistics, quality control, and engineering to ensure smooth production flow.
• To communicate production status and potential issues to management, sales, and other relevant teams.
• Continuously monitoring production to ensure adherence to the plan and adjusting schedules or processes as needed in response to delays or issues, while addressing and resolving any production issues or bottlenecks that may arise during manufacturing.
• Generating reports on production schedules, performance data, including output, inventory levels, and resource utilization for management review.
