To implement and monitor sales activities of channel partners.

Responsibilities :

• To monitor sales activities and generate targeted sales revenue.
• To manage, monitor constantly and keep track of distributors sell through, sales & inventory report, etc and ensure prompt submission of reports from distributors.
• To generate commercial sales funnel and update tender opportunity list.
• To communicate with distributors/resellers on marketing and sell out/sell through programs.

The Project Administrator supports Malaysia projects reports to the Project Admin Team lead (Asia Pacific). This role has exponential learning opportunities and growth! Training will be provided.

The key role and responsibilities include

• Work with Project Managers on project material and milestone billings
• Assist Project Managers in creations of projects in system and update of project master list.

Job Brief:

The role is responsible for keeping a record of the progress of project activities and project deliverables, including a project risk register, and creating standardization of methods used by Project Leads across the organization to ensure progress, adequate change management, and quality outcomes throughout the project cycle. The role will proactively obtain updates from Project Leads and Business Analysts and present the data via a Project Dashboard and other means of the update to allow the Project Manager to keep track of project activities' status across the organization and vendor parties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager to drive all planned activities forward from planning to implementation.
• Assist the Project Manager to compile and analyze information for project deliverables.
• Highlight potential bottlenecks when getting updates from Project Leads across multiple functions, including technology, to positively influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.
• Track dependencies on the project critical path and ensure all identified risks are recorded, discussed at the appropriate project forum, and mitigating actions are agreed upon with deadlines.
• Track the resolution of the Project Risk register and escalate to Project Manager any concerns or delays to ensure risk-mitigating actions are timely.
• Escalate any anticipated project risks promptly for Project Manager to mitigate potential risks
• Record and track change management conversations and activities to enable a continuous feedback loop for improvement on effectiveness.
• Collation of project financial information for both internal and customer reports
• Monitor and track the time spent by project resources and publish the utilization periodically 
• Track the invoices from vendors and process the payments accordingly
• Maintain the project budget, update the actual spend and publish the budget vs actuals periodically 
• Establish measurements for operational improvements and to ensure accurate assessment of what is deemed sufficient progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology (IT) / Business Studies, / Insurance.
• Knowledge of the general insurance industry is preferable.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a project coordinator role.
• Highly organized and dynamic individual with strong analytical skills.
• General understanding of the general insurance business.
• Possess the ability to act effectively at various levels of detail
• Work constructively with Project Leads to facilitate data collection and progress update
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The Office Automation and Technical Support Manager is responsible for overseeing office technology systems, managing IT support, and leading the entire lifecycle of all workstation equipment e.g. laptops and devices.  This will cover all staff in all Malaysian offices (Titiwangsa, Menara KH, Cyberjaya, Penang) 

This position is ideal for a tech-savvy leader who excels at implementing automation tools, managing device procurement and distribution, delivering excellent user support across the organization, and providing strategic leadership in technology deployment to enhance productivity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Office Automation Management: 

• Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of office automation tools (e.g., M365, Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA). 
• Work closely with department heads to assess needs and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline office workflows. 
• Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external service providers to ensure timely upgrades, support, and integration of systems. 

2. Internal Technical Support: 

• Lead the internal technical support team to provide high-quality, timely support for staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues. 
• Implement and maintain helpdesk systems to track, prioritize, and resolve employee IT issues efficiently. 
• Develop and enforce IT support policies, procedures, and documentation to maintain smooth operations and ensure security compliance. 
• Developing and managing the organisation’s private Sharepoint intranet. 

3. Equipment Procurement and Management: 

• Manage the team responsible for procuring, configuring, and distributing laptops, mobile devices, and other office technology equipment like meeting room electronic equipment. 
• Ensure the timely provision of technology to new hires and existing employees, including the setup and deployment of devices. 
• Oversee inventory management for office technology assets, including tracking, repair, and lifecycle management of devices. 

4. System Management & Upgrades: 

• Oversee the regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of office hardware and software systems. 
• Ensure all office technology, including printers, computers, phones, and networking equipment, is functioning optimally. 
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard company data and ensure business continuity. 

5. Training and Development: 

• Lead, develop and mentor the IT admin and technical support team   
• Organize and deliver training sessions for staff on new office automation tools, software, and IT policies. 
• Develop user guides and technical documentation to enhance self-service support. 

6. Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, cloud solutioning, office automation, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role. 
• Strong technical knowledge of office software systems, workflow automation tools, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices.

Assis the Business Data Office – Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling it mandate of ingesting and maintain static data for clients, investors and investments at MUFG.

• Acknowledge and complete requests for data updates from stakeholders (Client Integration & Operations)
• Assist accounting and investor operations team in maintaining client, investor and investment data
• Assist with regular data clean up, bulk ingestion or data migration.
• Validate data update requests and communicate missing or invalid info back to requesting user.
• Extract and/or Collect data from various structured and unstructured formats (csv, PDF, email) and ingest into appropriate system.
• Collaborate with Data Integrity & Operation to resolve data incidents and assist with data remediation efforts.
