As a Sales Administrator, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and Head of Sales, driving sales goals. • Assist the team to drive all sales related activities across the Country
• Consistently work towards ensuring all spaces have a 100% occupancy rate
• Receive and review all enquiries for your locations and respond to (by the location teams or yourself) within 30 minutes (within operating hours).
• Manage the entire sales administration process and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
• Assist the sales team in managing leads and bookings, prospecting, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
• Handle incoming inquiries through various channel - WhatsApp, emails and the website and follow up on sales leads and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Gather information from the sales team to update weekly and monthly members count and master log is kept up to date.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, including setting up workspaces, access cards, and other necessary arrangements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist with administrative support for both members and the sales team in.
• Assist to ensure all upcoming terminations are followed up with a renewal proposal.
• Conduct tours for leads and private offices over a certain set and agreed number of people.
• Support operations team where needed with the aim to provide our members excellent service.
• Assist to compile data requested from your management team, whcih they can analyse to support business decisions in your market.
• Check prices and contracts are up to date on all platforms.

• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development capacity
• Experience from co-working spaces, start-ups or a sales role with a strong network and relationship with property agencies or vendors would be an advantage
• Comfortable and confident with cold-calling, attending networking events and coming up with creative approaches to generate leads
• Willingness to learn, proactive, presentable and able to handle pressure

The Office Automation and Technical Support Manager is responsible for overseeing office technology systems, managing IT support, and leading the entire lifecycle of all workstation equipment e.g. laptops and devices.  This will cover all staff in all Malaysian offices (Titiwangsa, Menara KH, Cyberjaya, Penang) 

This position is ideal for a tech-savvy leader who excels at implementing automation tools, managing device procurement and distribution, delivering excellent user support across the organization, and providing strategic leadership in technology deployment to enhance productivity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Office Automation Management: 

• Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of office automation tools (e.g., M365, Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA). 
• Work closely with department heads to assess needs and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline office workflows. 
• Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external service providers to ensure timely upgrades, support, and integration of systems. 

2. Internal Technical Support: 

• Lead the internal technical support team to provide high-quality, timely support for staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues. 
• Implement and maintain helpdesk systems to track, prioritize, and resolve employee IT issues efficiently. 
• Develop and enforce IT support policies, procedures, and documentation to maintain smooth operations and ensure security compliance. 
• Developing and managing the organisation’s private Sharepoint intranet. 

3. Equipment Procurement and Management: 

• Manage the team responsible for procuring, configuring, and distributing laptops, mobile devices, and other office technology equipment like meeting room electronic equipment. 
• Ensure the timely provision of technology to new hires and existing employees, including the setup and deployment of devices. 
• Oversee inventory management for office technology assets, including tracking, repair, and lifecycle management of devices. 

4. System Management & Upgrades: 

• Oversee the regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of office hardware and software systems. 
• Ensure all office technology, including printers, computers, phones, and networking equipment, is functioning optimally. 
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard company data and ensure business continuity. 

5. Training and Development: 

• Lead, develop and mentor the IT admin and technical support team   
• Organize and deliver training sessions for staff on new office automation tools, software, and IT policies. 
• Develop user guides and technical documentation to enhance self-service support. 

6. Strategic Leadership: 

• Collaborate with senior management to identify technology-driven opportunities that will increase organizational efficiency and innovation. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest office automation trends, software solutions, and best practices in technical support. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, cloud solutioning, office automation, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role. 
• Strong technical knowledge of office software systems, workflow automation tools, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity practices. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to troubleshooting. 
• Experience in managing IT projects, including system rollouts and upgrades.

Assis the Business Data Office – Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling it mandate of ingesting and maintain static data for clients, investors and investments at MUFG.

• Acknowledge and complete requests for data updates from stakeholders (Client Integration & Operations)
• Assist accounting and investor operations team in maintaining client, investor and investment data
• Assist with regular data clean up, bulk ingestion or data migration.
• Validate data update requests and communicate missing or invalid info back to requesting user.

Job Brief:

The role is responsible for keeping a record of the progress of project activities and project deliverables, including a project risk register, and creating standardization of methods used by Project Leads across the organization to ensure progress, adequate change management, and quality outcomes throughout the project cycle. The role will proactively obtain updates from Project Leads and Business Analysts and present the data via a Project Dashboard and other means of the update to allow the Project Manager to keep track of project activities' status across the organization and vendor parties.

Office Management & Compliance

• Serve as the first-level liaison for office management duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and bills for all APJ entities (MY: on-site; SG & AU: remote).

Employee & Visitor Support

• Provide general support to visitors, including visiting staff, clients, talent, freelancers, and vendors.
• Assist in onboarding new hires (ensuring they have tools and equipment) and offboarding employees (ensuring the return and deactivation of resources/tools).
• Serve as the first-level liaison for employee queries, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department as needed.

Collaboration & Ad Hoc Support

• Assist IT, TV Production, and Logistics departments with office/studio equipment-related matters.
• Provide support to the APJ management team for various ad hoc requests.

Required Qualifications

You will be using your knowledge and skills to help us build and run our data management platform so that we can ensure the accuracy, consistency and efficiency our core data platforms.

• Develop and implement data quality rules to monitor core business data sets within the Master Data Management (MDM) environment
• Create data quality metrics and scorecards in order to identify and document data quality issues for tracking and reporting.
• Design and publish data quality dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Prepare data quality assessments and suggest recommendations for promoting and increasing data quality

• To provide operational support for our MDM through day-to-day monitoring, oversight and maintenance of the quality and integrity of our core business data sets in our Master Data Management platform.
