• Manage and oversee the Chairman’s personal and business financial accounts, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and investments.
• Reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and provide real-time financial updates.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statements and reports to provide a clear overview of financial health.
• Monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize returns
• Conduct research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and evaluate potential risks
• Prepare up-to-date reports of market trends, economic indicators, and investment products

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least 5–8 years of experience in financial management, including experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
• Proven expertise in managing personal accounts, wealth portfolios, and multi-jurisdictional tax planning.
• Strong familiarity with investments, asset management, and risk analysis.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations, estate planning, and wealth management strategies.
• Deep understanding of global financial markets and asset diversification is an added advantage.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, maintaining Front Office and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction. This will include managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including IT systems and guest service procedures) for all Front Office team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Front Office operation. As Administrator 1, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the SEA legal team’s operations, managing the administrative aspects of the department’s portfolio.
