About the role

This role is exciting and fast paced and it would suite some one who is looking for a new challenge in a PLC environment. The job role is to support and enhance the effectiveness of the Director within the organization. The job scope will entail the following role:

• Pro-actively manage and provide high level executive support to Director.

•Manage and administer Director's email and other mails and schedules.

•Attending meetings and business discussions with the Director.

•Liaison with relevant parties like the legal and consultants related to the Group's business activities.

•Drafting, preparation and review of reports, documents related to the business.

Candidate Profile

In this respect, candidate should possess a proven good command of English,both spoken and written; a good writing skills in English. *3-5 years of combined working experience as a Executive Assistant or PA in previous capacity role.     

*Good command of English,spoken and written plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
