The role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dealer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new motorcycle dealers through established partnerships and other sales channels.

Job Description of Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a keen eye for design and usability to take our products and services to the next level. You will be working closely with our team of Product Managers, Engineers and Clinicians to create features that will have a real impact in advancing digital mental health in Asia.

Responsibilities:

As an early-stage startup, this is an end-to-end role where you will be involved in all aspects of feature development: from ideation and validation to design and development. This role will provide you an opportunity to:

• Lead the design of ThoughtFull’s digital mental health products and services from conception to launch (web and mobile apps)
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical and Business teams to define user needs and design requirements
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate on product features
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and product features
• Work with developers to ensure the design is implemented as intended and collaborate on design systems
• Continuously assess and improve the user experience and interface design based on user feedback and product performance
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand and user experience

• At least 3 years of experience in designing for mobile and web apps
• An eye for good UI / UX: you can create pleasant interfaces with user flows that make life better for users, especially on mobile
