角色和職責：

1. 合約生命週期管理：與合約經理合作，管理與業務負責人、合作夥伴、供應商和客戶的所有合約的創建、持續維護和審查，以降低風險並最大化公司價值。
2. 聯絡點和談判：作為所有各方在合約管理相關事宜上的主要聯絡點，並談判有利的條款，以充分描述公司的參與、服務和交付。
3. 談判策略：制定並執行談判策略，最大限度地減少公司的潛在損失，同時促進雙贏的解決方案。
4. 利害關係人協作：與業務合作夥伴、內部銷售團隊和相關利害關係人就合約問題保持持續溝通，以加強關係和決策。
5. 服務與績效監控：審查雙方的合約履行情況，以確保遵守條款、識別衝突並解決合約續約期間所需的變更或解決方案。
6. 截止日期和可交付成果管理：維持可交付成果的截止日期，並確保及時跟進相關利益相關者，以避免合約執行的延誤。
7. 監管合規性和文件記錄：管理文件、記錄保存和向管理層報告風險，同時確保遵守組織和監管標準。
8. 服務改進：透過讓相關利害關係人參與並確定更好的合約管理實踐的機會，展示對服務改進的持續承諾。

要求：

1. 資格：法律或相關領域的學士學位。
2. 經驗：至少 3 年 IT 技術承包經驗，包括熟悉馬來西亞法律和法規，特別是在資料機密性和隱私方面。
3. 技能：

• 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠清楚地解釋複雜的術語。
• 強大的組織和期限管理能力。
• 熟練應用組織標準來發展有效的合約管理流程。
