Job Description

• Manage master schedules, project time lines and milestones; ensure planning of equipment tools, machinery, people resources (including contractors & subcontractors) are organized to meet project timing
• Work directly with project team member & subcontractor to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget & with quality workmanship that conforms to clients expectation & requirements
• Coordinate with other related internal departments to ensure goods are supplied on time & tracking status
• Provide weekly updates for all current and prospective projects to management
• Manage project during preconstruction process till project completion including billing & collection; pre-award activities include site surveys, feasibility reviews, subcontractor selection, coordination & submission of related documents to clients, ensure all work permits / requirements & project scope is confirmed with customer
• Responsible for tendering of projects, costing, quotations and meeting prospective clients
• Overall liaison person with product principals and customers

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• No less than 2-3 years working experience in related field (previous experience with loading dock equipment and material handling is beneficial)
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin/Chinese dialect
• Good communication skills, able to interact from plant operator, dock workers up to board room presentation

Role Summary:

This position is responsible for all aspects of accounting and tax operations, including the development and maintenance of accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The role also involves ensuring adequate controls and governance over business operations processes.

Main Responsibilites:

• • Overall responsible for performing accounting functions including general accounting (from internal/external communication, data processing), management accounting and financial accounting by finance system operation, AR, AP & GL management, payment & collection management, intercompany transaction management, month-end balance reconciliation etc.
  • Treasury (Bank, Collection & Payment Management), Monthly Cash flow.
  • Handling/reviewing accounting data entries into system.
  • Fixed asset management.
  • Prepare working files for reporting forms, consolidation, statutory in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and relevant standards, rules and regulations etc.
  • Prepare for /support response to Internal/ External Audit.
  • Design and operation of Internal control relating to accounting procedures.
  • Tax filing (Corporate tax, GST etc.)
  • Overseas branch management (from internal/external communication to system entry).
  • Vendor, Customer and system master management.
  • Performing/ Supervising AR, AP and expense claim process.

Requirement:

• • Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Job Costing background will be a bonus.
  • Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and versatility in decision-making and problem solving.
