What You Will Do

• Participate in and contribute/lead technical design and discussions with peers and stakeholders to decide the best technical approaches to product problems.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. • Actively monitor the business demand requirements to devise a plan to replenish the inventory stock, source most feasible supplier and conclude purchases with the most favourable supplier for the business.

• Monitor vessel, shipment movement to ensure timely arrival of items ordered, taking into consideration environmental factors (e.g. tide at the jetty) to ensure no (or minimal) delays in the delivery of the materials at the plant.
