5. 理解和應用過程審核原則 (ISO) 的知識和能力。

主要角色和職責：

• 準確及時地更新 IFCA 系統中的購買者、最終融資者和律師信息
• 確保在收到專案部建築師證書後及時向買方或最終融資方發出進度帳單，並促進買方和最終融資方及時付款
• 與最終融資者、律師和買方進行電話或書面通信
• 根據需要更新每週/每月的帳單和收款報告、帳齡報告、應收帳款對帳報告和臨時報告
• 監控提醒、終止和銷售沒收行動，以確保遵守買賣協議中規定的條款
• 在管理行政任務的同時，維護採購員記錄和文件的有序歸檔系統
• 識別並與上級合作解決突出問題並改進流程
• 在交付鑰匙之前，向買方準備空置佔有信和發票
• 在需要時承擔上級或部門主管指派的額外任務
• 熟悉 HDA 和其他監管法案

先決條件：

• 至少擁有文憑/學士學位或其他更高資格。
• 至少 4-5 年房地產開發行業信貸管理/信貸控制部門的經驗）
• 細緻、有系統、負責、能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作
• 能夠確定工作的優先順序並按時完成任務
• 個性開朗，能獨立工作，善於融入團隊
• 精通馬來語和英語的閱讀、寫作和口語。國語、粵語和當地方言將是額外的優勢
• 精通Microsoft Office應用程式和IFCA系統
