• Possess at least 7 years of working experience in the development or operation of Interconnection Facility (IF) up to 132kV.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or
• Certified competent person by Suruhanjaya Tenaga in 33kV or 132kV discipline.
• Expert in protection co-ordination studies and configuration of major relay brands approved for by TNB for Utility-Scale Solar Interconnection Facility.
• Experience with commissioning SAT/FAT activities including secondary injection test.
• Experience in secondary and primary designs of medium and high voltage equipment, including protection, metering, automation, power quality, and ICT.

Reporting to Head of Sales Excellence of Region AA, you will play an important role of providing the analysis on how we can make our distribution in the market becomes more effective and efficient. You will need to come up with a model and framework on how we want to expand our distribution in the region that can support our long-term growth target.

The distribution framework must support our country sales organizations across Asia, Middle East and Africa in engaging with our customers, which based on strategic partnerships, supported by data you developed our performance-based distribution partnerships.

The responsibility of this role will be as below :

• Analyse sales data in the region Asia, Middle East and Africa on channel mix and provide recommendations to optimize our go to market approach for the region.
• Develop overall go to market approach for the region based on the analysis above.
• Define leading measures and KPIs to the approach and framework.
• Monitor the progress of the approach and make necessary actions to make sure the approach is working.
• Work closely with cross function team, include commercial team (sales and marketing) in both the region and countries, legal and compliance team.

The Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support Associate within the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SAI) team plays a vital role as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams. This role involves providing expert guidance on finance processes, ensuring strict adherence to the Monthly Closing Calendar deadlines, and supporting the smooth execution of sales operations. You will work closely with sales development teams across APAC, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tools and processes that accelerate the sales cycle, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth. 

• Collaborate with SA&I sales representatives to support day-to-day Inside Sales activities and ensure seamless operations. 

• Assist sales representatives in updating decks with NIQ branding, ensuring all content is polished and client-ready. 

• Manage and maintain CRM records for sales representatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 

• Analyze market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform sales strategies. 

• Lead digital sales campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive lead generation and opportunity development. 

• Handle invoicing and contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Customer Experience & Admin Operations Manager/Team Lead to oversee and streamline our customer service and administrative functions. This role requires someone with a strong "can-do" attitude, who is not only capable of leading a team but also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get involved in daily tasks when needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis, and passionate about improving both customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Management:

• Lead and manage the customer service team to provide high-quality support and engagement.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in customer service, administration, or operations roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational metrics.
