As Pre Sales Engineer, you play important role in collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations and able to determine the technical requirements to meet client goals, act as liaison between the internal sales/business development team and resellers.

In addition, you will be responsible to:

• Work closely with sales, business development and product team to understand customer requirements
• Prepare bill of material and proposal for the products and solutions
• Actively engage business partners for product/technology update and conduct proof of concepts when requested
• Engage with customers' technical team to obtain the confirmation on the design and proposal
• Prepare reports and attend weekly pre-sales progress meeting

Job Description:

• Perform supervisory work; site standing supervision, inspection and monitor work progress at site.
• To plan, coordinate work and make sure site work carry out accordingly to drawing, contract specification, schedule, construction plan, procedures and work instruction.
• To ensure inspection and test are carried out as per inspection and tests plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used, results of such to conform to specifications.
• To submit sample materials and calibration to relevant Consultants for approval.
• To prepare works subprogramme & progress report, update site issue and reporting to Management.
• Attend site and project meeting as required.
• Resolve technical matters at site, if required.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of working experience in building construction; sub-structure, superstructure and architectural work.
• Possess a Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma.
• Good Interpersonal skills: able to manage a site team, a group of sub-contractors and consultants.
• English proficiency a must and good knowledge of contracts and write good technical correspondences.
• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and personal capabilities.
