Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurately and promptly update purchaser, end-financier, and solicitor information in the IFCA system
• Ensure timely issuance of progress billings to purchasers or end-financiers upon receiving the Architect Certificate from the Project Department and facilitate prompt payments from purchasers and end-financiers
• Attend to phone calls or written correspondences with the end-financiers, solicitors and the purchaser
• Update weekly/monthly billing and collection report, ageing report, reconciliation reports for receivables and ad-hoc reports as needed
• Monitor reminders, terminations, and sales forfeiture actions to ensure compliance with the terms stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement
• Maintain an organized filing system for purchaser records and documentation while managing administrative tasks
• Identify and collaborate with superior to resolve outstanding issues and enhance processes
• Prepare Vacant Possession letter and invoice to purchaser before key handing over
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by superiors or department heads as and when it required
• Knowledgeable in HDA & other regulatory act

Pre-Requisites:

• Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or other higher qualifications.
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in Credit Admin / Credit Control department in property development industry)
• Meticulous, systematic, responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to prioritize work and meeting deadlines
• Pleasant personality, able to work independently and blends well in a team
• Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin, Cantonese and local dialects would be added advantages

Job Description

• Assist the Project Manager / Construction Manager on the project site works progress and delivery.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the main contractor / subcontractors / consultant with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on submission for approval and procurement of materials and products.
• To crosscheck and submit all documents required for materials submission, shop drawings, and as build drawing submission in team binder.
• Review of consultant’s documents for discrepancies.
• To issue correspondence letter regarding for the site works matters.
• Attend site meeting if required.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
• Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
• Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
• All site administration works
• Other duties to be performed as and when required  

Minimum Education & Experience

• Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building / Architecture Studies or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years working experience in construction field
• Effectively bilingual with good verbal and writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Possess CIDB qualification.
• Independent, proactive, technically competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess teamwork spirit, problem solving skills and able to work independently.
• Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking officer / vendors)

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Well verse with the use of Microsoft Excel, Words, Autocad, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous.
• Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the ID contractor industry.
• Good knowledge in construction activities processes.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

The Freight Forwarding Administrator functions as an interface between international and domestics service providers and within broader business.

As the Freight Forwarding Administrator, you will be working within a close and supporting team environment within the Export department. Overall, you will be providing your assigned clients base guiding them through a seamless shipping and logistics process and be the link between both internal departments and external service providers.

The role will include handling export shipments for all LCL clientele, from freight bookings, allocations to final delivery and cargo received to clients in overseas.

Duties will entail and involve the following role process:

• Receiving and processing bookings of shipments.
• Coordinating bookings with shipping liners.
• Liaising and coordinating with clients, shipping carriers and overseas agents.
• Preparing relevant export documentation.
• Preparing freight/shipping rates, raising and issuing invoices.

The candidate

The ideal candidates would have a proven track record of some 2-3 years of freight operations experience in handling exports/imports sector, including recent experience with an export operations role within forwarding or with a co-loader. In this connection, candidate with strong understanding of international shipping and also domestic transport will be highly advantageous to fill this role.

The successful candidates for this role will require good communication skills and the ability to negotiate and accurate comprehend information is imperative as you will liaise with a variety of stakeholders to collectively produce the desired outcome for the business clients.

1. Acquire and manage quotation from suppliers.
2. Responsible for purchase order preparation and relevant purchasing processes in M-tech System including goods receiving.
3. Update, maintain and document purchasing records and database in the system and hardcopy.
4. Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items to ensure that all items are delivered on time.
5. Working closely with requestor to enhance product knowledge to ensure specification of the product or items requested meeting requirements as set forth by the  management.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

The (Sr.) Workforce Support Specialist will directly provide employees and leaders with day to day HR workforce support.  S/he will be a member of Asia Pacific Workforce Support Team, with the primary support assignments of handling employee relation issues, providing consultancy on HR policies, procedures to employees and managers in the region. S/he will also provide support across multiple groups/sites as needed. • Serve as the main point of contact for employees for employee relations related inquiries, complaints and customer service(e.g. case management, policy or protocol navigation).
