This internship position, based in Malaysia, plays a crucial role in supporting our operations in Singapore. The Operations team at Funding Societies is committed to providing exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and borrowers. Our goal is to build self-sustaining scalability while delivering a market-leading experience.
As an Operations Intern, you will focus on adding value to our customers by adhering to fundamental product design principles and ensuring meticulous and timely processing of cases.
An ideal candidate should approach occasional issues/problems with a clear understanding of the limitations and a problem-solving mindset, aiming to find solutions that are sustainable and scalable.
What you will do:
- Execute assigned tasks within the specified turnaround time to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and assess applications for various initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
- Verify and validate initial transactions between SMEs and service providers to ensure correctness.
- Liaise with service providers and financial institutions to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform due diligence on service submissions to confirm the legitimacy and quality of the services provided.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.

- Able to commit for 5 days-a-week during the internship period.

- Prior experience in service or operations support related work.
- Experience with Slack and/or Google Workspace.
