In your new role you will:

• Provide line support for equipment setup recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in respective functional area
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required (e-checklist & TECO)

• Support the Tools installation as being required

• Identify safety requirements including lockout / tagout, and write required procedures
• Tracks and analyses spare & consumables usage to ensure availability for production support

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or any other related engineering or science discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor or failure analysis field.
• Failure Analysis Field of Knowledge: Sample preparation, i.e. mechanical polishing, precision cleaving and wet chemical
• Field of Knowledge in Imaging, i.e. optical and SEM
• Accurate data measurement
• Safe chemical handling
• Possesses knowledge of semiconductor processing, fabrication and testing

1. AutoCAD Drawing Preparation
   • Create, modify, and finalize detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
   • Collaborate with the design team to ensure drawings meet specifications and standards.
   • Maintain an organized database of all CAD files for reference and updates.
2. Laser Cutting Operations
   • Program and operate the laser cutting machine using the prepared CAD drawings.
   • Monitor the laser cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality of outputs.
   • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the laser cutting equipment.
3. Bending Machine Operations
   • Set up and operate bending machines to fabricate parts as per specifications.
   • Adjust machine settings and ensure precision during bending tasks.

4. Quality Control
   • Conduct regular checks to ensure that parts meet design specifications and quality standards.
